About the role:

Location: Newcastle or North Yorkshire

Firm: Award winning forward thinking firm.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of matters within the litigation department under the supervision of the Partners.
• Acting for claimants and defendants in a variety of commercial disputes.
• Engage in business development activities to contribute to the firm’s growth.

What we are looking for:

• Candidates must be a qualified solicitor or hold a fellowship grade from the chartered legal executive (FCILEx).
• Have prior experience in Litigation (Claimant and Defendant).
• Excellent communication skills.
