In this role, you will be handling a range of personal injury cases for claimants, from simpler matters to more complex cases. Your experience should include a solid background in Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Employer Liability, Public Liability, and Clinical Negligence cases. You should have at least 8 years of experience or equivalent in dealing with such claims.

Your responsibilities will include managing your own caseload as well as supervising others in the team. This will involve handling a variety of cases, from fast track to multi-track, and seeing them through from start to finish. You should have a good track record of independently managing cases, meeting deadlines, and achieving positive outcomes for clients.

Key skills required for this role include strong technical expertise, familiarity with case management systems, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should be able to prioritize effectively, work well within a team, and have a proactive approach to client relationships and business development.
