• Acquisitions and disposals
• Management buyouts and buy-ins
• Private equity investment
• Corporate governance
• Administration sales/purchases
• Corporate restructuring
• Shareholders’ agreements
• Joint ventures
• IT licensing, support and maintenance agreements
• Terms and conditions of business
• Agency and distribution agreements
• Bespoke commercial contracts
• Intellectual Property agreements/contracts/licenses etc
