Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload covering employment law aspects (disciplinary procedures, grievance matters, employment contracts, discrimination claims, and dismissals).
• Stay informed about employment law changes and advise clients on compliance.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and mediation skills for resolving employment disputes.
