We are seeking a Solicitor with experience in commercial property to join a successful regional firm in Hampshire.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a highly ranked team, with a reputation for providing excellent client care and incredibly personable, high-quality service. You will deal with all aspects of Commercial property including sales and purchases, investment, secured lending, development, options and conditional contracts and non-contentious landlord and tenant matters. You will have a passion for business development and promoting your own personal brand will also be beneficial.

This is a very supportive team and be encouraged to develop a strong specialism in Commercial Property matters and to work with a good deal of autonomy.
