Employment NQ Solicitor – Legal 500 firm – Bedfordshire

A leading, legal 500 law firm in Bedfordshire is looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their highly regarded team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The Role:

Assist senior solicitors with case preparation and management
Conduct legal research and draft documents
Attend court hearings and client meetings
Provide legal advice under supervision
Develop and maintain client relationships
Handle contentious and non-contentious employment work
Draft employment contracts, policies, and procedures
Advise clients on employment disputes, including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, whistleblowing and redundancies
Represent clients in tribunal hearings
Negotiate settlement agreements

Requirements:

Recently qualified Solicitor (NQ – 2 years PQE)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic, dedicated, and eager to learn
