Key Responsibilities:

– Manage a broad range of public law disputes, including public procurement, judicial reviews, and information rights.

– Provide strategic advice and representation in court, arbitration, and mediation.

– Stay updated with changes in legislation and case law to provide effective legal solutions.

– Build and maintain strong client relationships with clear, pragmatic advice.

Desired Skills / Knowledge:

– 6 years+ PQE with significant experience in public law disputes.

– Desirable: Background in subsidy control.

– Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

– Passion for building client relationships and driving business development.
