A reputable Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire is seeking a skilled and motivated Solicitor with 1-year PQE + in property litigation law to join their team

About the Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity to join a distinguished Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire, renowned for delivering exceptional legal services to clients across the region. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the firm, handling a variety of property litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a diverse caseload of property litigation matters to include boundary disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, easements, nuisance and trespass
Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to provide strategic advice and solutions to clients
Liaising with clients, external parties, and colleagues to facilitate smooth and efficient processes
Providing support to senior solicitors and partners on complex property litigation matters as required

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor / legal executive with at least 1 year + PQE in Property Litigation matters
Proficiency in property litigation and relevant legislation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team.
