REAL ESTATE LAWYER / LEGAL EXECUTIVE – LEADING GLOBAL LAW FIRM – BIRMINGHAM

Real Estate – 4-7 PQE

Location: Birmingham / Hybrid 40/60 split.

Hours: 35 hours per week.

Salary banding £50-£70k

One of the leading global law firms with a presence in the world’s major financial and commercial markets is looking for a real estate lawyer to join the team.

Offices in Birmingham and London. The Birmingham office has a number of practice areas including Corporate/Commercial, Disputes, Finance and Real Estate.

Role Overview

The team acts for a range of real estate clients, including institutional property investors and pension funds, in their capacity as landlords of investment properties.

They deal with the asset management work for such clients particularly in relation to licence applications for assignment, underletting and alteration, commercialisation agreements and wayleaves.
