Commercial / Property Litigation Solicitor, 1-3 PQE, Birmingham

An opportunity has arisen to appoint an experienced Commercial and Property Litigator to this successful, large practice. The successful candidate will be working across various sectors, advising upon and dealing with a range of litigation to include court proceedings, arbitrations and expert determinations. The successful candidate will have their own case load and assist more senior members of the team on high-value and complex litigation. This will include the likes of contractual and commercial disputes brought by and facing social businesses, health and social care providers, registered providers, local authorities and charities. Experience of judicial review, defamation claims, social media/reputation related matters and data protection disputes would be welcome.
You will have experience of commercial landlord and tenant disputes, and have dealt with common commercial asset matters such as alienation disputes, break notices, dilapidations, possession claims, rent arrears and forfeiture.
