Position Overview:
As a Serious Injury Lawyer with at least 5 years of experience working in a private practice setting, you will play a pivotal role in handling complex and high-value serious injury cases. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients who have suffered life-altering injuries due to accidents, medical negligence, or other unfortunate circumstances. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of serious injury cases, including but not limited to brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and fatal accidents.
• Conduct thorough legal research, case analysis, and assessments to build strong arguments for clients.
• Provide expert advice to clients, guiding them through the legal process and ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
• Prepare and negotiate settlements or represent clients in court when necessary.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals, including paralegals and support staff, to ensure cases are managed efficiently and effectively.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation and legal developments to maintain a high level of expertise in serious injury law.
• Qualifications and Requirements:
• A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a private practice setting.
• Proven expertise in handling serious injury cases, with a successful track record of securing favourable outcomes for clients.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Well-versed in relevant legislation and legal procedures.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
• Membership in a relevant professional organization is a plus.
