Associate (Mid/Senior) Level – Banking & Credit

I’m working with this well regarded US firm, seeking a 4+ PQE Banking lawyer. The firm is very collegiate and collaborative, is dedicated to ensuring a good work-life balance and tries to make sure that work is consistently interesting, engaging and challenging.

They like to ensure that fee-earners aren’t siloed into a specific set of matters, preferring to offer varied diet of Leveraged Finance, Fund Finance and Asset Finance projects, thus making sure the team don’t become stale (or bored!)

This is a relatively large team with 20+ partners, many of these recognised in Legal 500 and Chambers, and an enviable established client list including well-known International Banks and Fund Management houses, amongst others. They have a particular focus on cross-border transactions – both Transatlantic and European – with workflow from emerging markets, including Eastern and Southeastern Europe, Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa.
