My client has an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with experience in either Clinical Negligence, Personal injury, or both, to join their esteemed, reputable team. The successful candidate will have undertaken a variety of CN/PI work, and will be able to undertake a caseload high-value claims. The workload is varied so you will need to be comfortable with different areas of medical law, from brain injury to misdiagnosis claims for example.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting client consultations to assess and understand the details of personal injury and clinical negligence cases.
• Investigating and gathering evidence to build strong cases, collaborating with medical experts and other specialists as needed.
• Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients, explaining their options and potential outcomes.
• Managing the litigation process, including drafting legal documents, court filings, and representing clients in court when necessary.
• Negotiating settlements with opposing parties, insurance companies, and legal representatives to achieve favourable outcomes for our clients.
• Keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases and addressing any concerns promptly.
