Job Title: Family Solicitor – Hybrid – Northampton
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: Competitive, based on experience
HOURS: 09:00-17:15 Monday-Friday, with hybrid working opportunities available

ROLE: A tremendous opportunity awaits a Family Solicitor/ Legal Executive to join the flourishing Northampton team. This role is perfect for a confident professional with outstanding interpersonal and motivational skills, driven by a passion to contribute to the Firm’s success. The successful candidate will autonomously manage their caseload with supervision and support as needed.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
* Efficiently managing and progressing own caseload
* Collaborating in the development of the department
* Achieving individual and team financial targets
* Handling business opportunities with professionalism and promptness

ABOUT YOU: The ideal candidate will:
* Be a qualified Family Solicitor/ Legal Executive/ Family Executive
* Possess experience in domestic abuse, private children cases, and parent care work (desirable)
* Have a history of working with Legal Aid
* Demonstrate the ability to undertake own Advocacy (as far as possible)
* Approach clients and staff with positivity and proactivity
* Exhibit first-class communication skills
