Litigation Solicitor – Kent

My client currently has a vacancy open for a Solicitor to join their busy and well-respected Litigation team in one of their Kent offices. The successful candidate will manage a mixed caseload including commercial/residential landlord and tenant disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery, partnership disputes and contentious probate.

Key Responsibilities will include areas such as:

• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant
• Professional negligence
• Building disputes
• General contract
• Partnership disputes
• Debt recovery

Please note, this is not an exhaustive list as the firm and role cover many different areas of litigation, so the ideal candidate will need to be able to undertake several different areas of litigation as the job will be varied in nature. This is why it is essential that you will be able to effectively undertake a mixed caseload as mentioned above.
