Key Responsibilities:

• Family Law Expertise: Oversee a comprehensive caseload of complex family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child custody, and domestic violence cases.
• Client Advocacy: Provide strategic advice and representation in family court proceedings, ensuring the best interests of clients and their families are protected.
• Team Leadership: Assume a leadership role, guiding and mentoring junior solicitors, and contributing to the overall success of the family law department.
• Legal Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and concerns, offering clear and empathetic legal solutions.
• Negotiation and Mediation: Demonstrate adept negotiation and mediation skills to resolve family disputes amicably and efficiently.
