Role Overview: As the Legal Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the firm’s risk, safeguarding client and employee information, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and maintaining accreditations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking legal practice that values collaboration and innovation.

Skills and Attributes:

* Significant experience in compliance or risk management, or a Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in relevant legal areas.
* Understanding of the SRA Code of Conduct and general compliance issues in a law firm.
* Familiarity with AML legislation and Legal Sector Affinity Group Anti-Money Laundering Guidance.
* Knowledge of Lexcel/ISO requirements.
* Ability to understand and apply complex technical information.
* Strong prioritization, written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and experience in drafting and implementing policies and procedures.
* Progressive problem-solving approach and commitment to continual learning.
* Supportive and collaborative work ethic.
