A fantastic firm situated in Newcastle are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy residential property team. This is an exciting role for an experience conveyancer to join a leading practice.

Applications are invited from solicitors, licensed conveyancers, legal executives with proven experience of working in a busy conveyancing team. This is a great firm with an excellent reputation looking to develop their Residential Property department with someone who can support and expand existing and future prospects.

You will be expected to handle a wide and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, dealing with both freehold and leasehold (including shared ownership properties), new builds and transfers of equity
