As a Senior Employment Solicitor with this distinguished practice, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership and delivering top-tier employment law services to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership in employment law matters, overseeing a team of dedicated professionals.
• Complex Employment Cases: Manage a complex caseload of employment law matters, including high-value disputes, discrimination claims, and executive terminations.
• Client Consultation: Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, offering strategic advice and building strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Legal Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in employment law, ensuring the firm and its clients remain in compliance with the latest legislation.
• Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the employment law practice through proactive business development initiatives and networking.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with substantial post-qualification experience in Employment Law.
• Proven track record in handling complex employment law cases and providing strategic legal advice.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Excellent client management skills, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
• Membership of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) is highly desirable.
