Commercial Senior Associate/Partner – Northamptonshire

Our client, a leading law firm with a robust Commercial team, is currently seeking a talented individual to join their ranks. The team, comprised of 30 professionals including 7 Partners, operates across multiple offices, providing comprehensive support and engaging in diverse, dynamic work. They are currently recruiting for a Commercial Senior Associate / Partner position, and the successful candidate will collaborate closely with our Head of Team, This confidential role will be based in their Northampton office.

Role Overview:

The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting clients across various sectors, specialising in commercial, technology, intellectual property, and data protection matters. Responsibilities encompass routine and complex commercial transactions, research and development activities, and strategic outsourcing/service-related projects. Additionally, the role involves providing guidance on technology, e-commerce, and internet-related issues, including innovative technological solutions and data protection matters. In conjunction with general commercial and technology work, advising clients on the existence, ownership, protection, development, and exploitation of their intellectual property rights is a crucial aspect of the role.

Candidate Profile:

This confidential opportunity is ideal for individuals with 7+ years PQE and previous experience in commercial law. The successful candidate should demonstrate confidence in working independently, collaborative skills with colleagues, successful client relationship management, and the ability to develop new relationships.
