A very exciting opportunity for an experience planning Solicitor to join a top legal 500 firm in Hampshire

The Real Estate teamwork with developers, landowners and house builders to provide advice and legal services across the full spectrum of planning. The role you will undertake at this firm will be extremely varied ranging from quick advice on straightforward planning issues to highways and infrastructure agreements, permitted development rights, and compulsory purchase orders and compensation.

The right candidate will be versatile, with a positive approach and an ability to hold a commercially minded perspective. They will be confident and professional, able to build warm professional relationships with clients and colleagues – communication is a key factor to success in this firm!
