Senior Law Associate (Snr Assoc/Counsel) – Energy Sector, London

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Law Associate to join this dynamic and expanding Energy team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in advising on a wide range of energy law matters, including project development, finance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on complex energy law matters
Manage a portfolio of client matters and ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings
Conduct legal research and analysis on energy law issues
Represent clients in negotiations and investigations
Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in energy law
Qualifications:

Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in energy law
Proven track record of success in advising on complex energy law matters
Strong understanding of energy law and regulatory frameworks
Excellent drafting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
