Commercial Litigation Solicitor, premier Law Firm, London

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join this growing team in London. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, and intellectual property disputes. You will have a strong track record of success in resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, and litigation.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of commercial disputes
Manage and conduct litigation proceedings, including drafting pleadings, preparing for hearings, and attending court
Conduct legal research and analysis
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Draft and review contracts and other legal documents
Provide legal training and support to junior solicitors

Skills and Experience

You should have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation, with a strong understanding of commercial law and litigation procedure
You should be an excellent communicator and negotiator and be able to work independently and as part of a team
