The Restructuring and Insolvency team is one of the most highly regarded in London, with a proven track record of success in advising clients on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including:

• Scheme of arrangement
• Administration
• Liquidation
• Cross-border insolvency
• Pre-insolvency planning

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled restructuring lawyer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in advising clients on complex restructuring and insolvency matters and also a deep understanding of the UK insolvency regime with a proven ability to develop and implement effective restructuring strategies.

Key Requirements

• 5+ PQE in restructuring and insolvency law
• Proven track record of success in advising clients on complex restructuring and insolvency matters
• Deep understanding of the UK insolvency regime
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to develop and implement effective restructuring strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
