My client is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their reputable, Legal 500 firm in the North Kent area.

As a Property Litigation Lawyer, you will navigate a varied and challenging caseload, encompassing the full spectrum of property litigation, including high-value residential and commercial disputes, landlord-tenant conflicts, and complex boundary issues.

• all aspects of residential leasehold disputes in the County Court, FtT and Upper Tribunal, to include service charge, forfeiture, breach, injunctions.
• Commercial property disputes, including opposed statutory renewals and dilapidations.
• Boundaries disputes, trespass, easements, restrictive covenants
• Beneficial Ownership/Trust Disputes
• Other property disputes

This role will provide an excellent opportunity to work with a varied caseload and collaborate with their senior team members and partners.
