A leading international law firm with a strong presence in the United States and the United Kingdom, is seeking a real estate partner to join its London office. We are looking for an experienced attorney with a strong track record of success in real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a following of at least £1.2 million and will be able to generate significant new business for the firm.

Responsibilities:

Providing legal advice to clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development.
Managing and supervising a team of associates and paralegals.
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, referral sources, and other professionals.
Generating new business for the firm.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school.
10+ years of experience in real estate law.
A strong track record of success in real estate transactions.
A following of at least £1.2 million.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
