My client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property solicitor to join one of the region’s most reputable, multi-office, Legal 500 firms in the Essex area.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a highly ranked team, with a reputation for providing excellent client care and incredibly personable, high-quality service. The ideal candidate will be a commercial property lawyer but you will have an interest in development and planning and the regeneration process, from site acquisition and site set up to disposals of residential property, commercial property and leisure units with the ability to oversee any related plot sales.
