CORPORATE SOLICITOR – HAMPSHIRE – LEGAL 500 FIRM

Corporate Law (3+ PQE) –

A new vacancy has arisen for a corporate solicitor to join a legal 500 regional firm in Hampshire.

We would encourage applications from 3+ PQE Lawyers upwards to more senior Associate level. You will need to have experience in corporate matters affecting such fields of M&A, private equity transactions, corporate, share and asset disposals and acquisitions and private equity transactions, and joint ventures.

You should have the ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with important regional and national clients as well as providing support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere. You need to be a driven individual who is also a good team member and able to maintain the very high standards of this high-ranking firm.
