About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Restructuring and Insolvency Associate to join this team in London. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of PQE in a leading restructuring and insolvency practice, and will have a strong track record of advising on complex and high-profile transactions.

Responsibilities

The role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Advising clients on a variety of restructuring and insolvency matters, including administrations, liquidations, and CVAs
• Representing clients in court proceedings
• Drafting and negotiating complex legal documents
• Working closely with partners and other lawyers in the team

Skills and Experience

• 2-4 years of PQE in a leading restructuring and insolvency practice
• Strong academic record
• Excellent analytical and drafting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
