Head of Department role – (5+ PQE)

We are looking to find an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor to head up the department of a successful law firm based in Surrey.

You will ideally be 5+ PQE and have experience in advising clients in relation to all Company and Commercial work. The role will involve working within a busy team on a very wide range of company/commercial work, which may include: company and business sales and purchases, private equity/ investment documentation and other corporate finance related transactions, education sector work including academy conversions and multi academy trusts, among other areas.

The role also provides opportunity for involvement in business development and the successful candidate will be encouraged to develop client relationships and actively look for business development opportunities.

This is a very exciting appointment for the firm and there is huge potential for the right person.
