My client is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their leading Essex law firm. The firm has a strong commitment to personal and professional development for their staff. They are well-established and highly respected, with a rich history dating back several decades; they have built a strong reputation for delivering top-notch legal solutions across various practice areas.

You will advise both commercial and private clients on a wide range of general litigation matters including landlord and tenant litigation (residential and commercial), shareholder and partnership disputes, cases based on breach of contract and tort, construction, neighbour and boundary disputes, harassment and injunctions, debt recovery, insolvency, professional negligence claims and contentious probate.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience of handling dispute resolution work, and will possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
