Senior Associate, Corporate M&A, London

We are working with this very engaging and high flying International Law Firm, seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer for their London team. Well known in the Tech space, the role involves working with established multinational blue chips and technology-focused start-ups, on a broad base of deomestic and international matters.

The role will advise on international corporate transactions, principally high profile public and private M&A, but also in the VC, PE and ECM sectors.

As a senior lawyer on the team, delegation and supervisory skills are required as is the ability of aid in business development, mentoring and training for juniors and a strong desire to progress in this career.
