This is an incredible opportunity for a Housing Litigation Solicitor to join a reputable firm based in Kent who are looking for someone with ambition and drive to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious housing solicitor with excellent communication and client care skills to join their fantastic team of solicitors and paralegals. The ideal candidate will be someone with a strong attention to detail and experience in a housing management legal department. They will be able to deal with a busy caseload of housing litigation matters to include defending disrepair claims, possession, civil injunctions, defending EPA claims, ASB and fraud, landlord and tenant matters, AST and/or leasehold matters to include forfeiture claims is desirable.
