RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR / CONVEYANCER / SURREY

A successful regional law firm are looking for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy residential property team within their Surrey office.

Successful candidates will have solid residential property experience and be able to hit the ground running.

Applications are invited from solicitors, licensed conveyancers, legal executives with proven experience of working in a busy conveyancing team. This is a great firm with an excellent reputation looking to develop their Residential Property department with a Residential Conveyancer who can support and expand existing and future prospects.

You will be expected to handle a wide and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, remortgages, dealing with both freehold and leasehold, new builds, repossessions, deeds of gifts, assents, equity releases, drafting declaration of trusts and other general property related matters.
