This international, UK based Law Firm are seeking a Real Estate Litigation partner for their London office.
A top 50 UK Law firm with c. 1000 staff, with 20 in the London Real Estate team; the Litigation offering is headed by a Legal 500 ranked partner, seeking assistance for a burgeoning workload. They have extensive experience of all forms of alternative dispute resolution as well as formal court proceedings and areas of expertise include Development issues, Dispute resolution, property related litigation, and Landlord and tenant management and disputes.
Ideally you will have demonstrable experience of handling complex property litigation matters to trial both as supervising partner and case handler and have worked on a full range property disputes with a particular focus on easements, restrictive covenants; contractual disputes; insolvency related property disputes.
You will need the ability to delegate work to junior fee earners to ensure they are fully resourced and working to capacity, and this, alongside your excellent Business Development and Marketing skills coming from success at a well regarded firm, will enhance your strong following, and the ability to maintain and grow your client base.
Salary/benefits are competitive, in line with the seniority of the role and negotiable dependent on your business case.
