A fantastic firm situated in West Yorkshire are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their enthusiastic, residential property team. This is an excellent role for an experienced conveyancer to join a leading practice.

We’re open to receive applications from solicitors, licensed conveyancers and legal executives able to demonstrate experience of working in a fast-paced conveyancing team. This is a great firm with an excellent reputation looking to develop their Commercial Property department who are supportive and are eager to support future prospects.

You will be expected to handle a wide and varied caseload of commercial conveyancing matters including sales and purchases (including portfolios), landlord and tenant work and handling small business acquisitions and disposals. You’ll need to have a drive for providing high standards of service tailoring yourself to client needs, and working closely with a welcoming qualified team.
