This Top 50 UK law firm, (top 200 globally), is seeking a junior/mid-level Property Disputes lawyer. The work is interesting and varied; a full contentious property offering, across all major sectors, with particular strength in Commercial landlord and tenant disputes (such as dilapidations, terminations and disputes involving the L&T Act 1954), Telecommunications and energy infrastructure disputes, shareholder disputes in relation to real estate investments and disputes involving prime central London residences (typically acting for landlords and lenders) concerning bank enforcement and enfranchisement matters.

There are currently 4 in the team, including 1 partner, but are working at full capacity so seeking an additional lawyer to assist with current workload and future growth.
