Private Client Senior Associate / Legal Director, Birmingham

We are working with a well-known Birmingham Law Firm, seeking a Senior Associate in the Private Client space. Work includes the full range of PC matters including Wills, Probate, LPA’s, etc in various sectors, notably a big presence in landed Estates and Agriculture. You will work as the No. 2 to the current HoD, assisting with senior level matters, staff mentoring and training, Business Development and similar. Potential to quickly move to a Legal Director position.

Description:
The successful candidate will work within the Wills & Probate department, will manage their own case load along with assisting other fee earners with matters from time to time.

* Senior Associate position
* Experienced 8 years PQE is minimum
* Must be qualified ILEX or Solicitor
* Trusts Law and Tax experience is vital
* Office based (not remote or hybrid)
* 6 others in department
