COURT OF PROTECTION LAWYER – LEGAL 500 PRACTICE – MANCHESTER

Court of Protection fee earner (1+PQE) – Manchester

This is an exciting opportunity for an Court of Protection Lawyer to join a legal 500 firm in the Manchester area.

In this role, you will undertake a wide range of responsibilities such as handling your own caseload of deputyships either arising from personal injury or clinical negligence claims.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year PQE + and will have experience in responding to telephone enquiries, making deputyship applications and supporting daily financial administrations. You must be able to work collaboratively and independently plus able to work in a pressurised environment.

This position allows there to flexibility with the option of occasional home working.
