Childcare Solicitor, 5+ PQE, Birmingham

We are seeking a Full Time experienced Solicitor/Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE in our Childcare Department for this small Midlands Law Firm

The ideal candidate will be able to manage a caseload of Childcare matters and have experience in family and childcare work, Legal Aid experience particularly knowledge of CCMS procedures, and Compliance with SQM and Legal Practice generally.

If you are an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children’s Panel or working towards the accreditation, that wopuld be very useful.
