RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – DORSET – LEGAL 500 FIRM

This legal 500 firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer for their Dorset office.

The ideal candidate will already have knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish and be fully IT literate with a working knowledge of accounts and case management systems.

You will be expected to run your own wide and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, remortgages, dealing with both freehold and leasehold (including shared ownership properties), new builds, repossessions, deeds of gifts, assents, equity releases, drafting declaration of trusts and other general property related matters.

This is a great firm with an excellent reputation looking to develop their Residential Property department with a Residential Conveyancer who can support and expand existing and future prospects.
