COURT OF PROTECTION NQ SOLICITOR – LEGAL 500 FIRM – MANCHESTER

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Court of Protection to join a well-established firm with a strong reputation within the county

Your duties in this position includes working alongside a Senior Solicitor assisting them on a caseload with a wide range of matters and working closely with the clients to provide them with pragmatic and fast advice

The ideal candidate will have around NQ to 4 years’ PQE and will have experience in responding to telephone enquiries, making deputyship applications and supporting daily financial administrations

This position allows there to flexibility with the option of occasional home working. You will also be expected to travel occasionally to the firms’ other offices around the area
