This highly successful national law firm have an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor from NQ+ to join their team in Devon.

The firm is looking for a solicitor with experience in property litigation, who has had exposure to both residential and commercial property litigation matters.

You will be working alongside experienced senior lawyers and developing your own caseload. Typical matters will include: commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, easements and restrictive covenants, forfeiture claims, boundary disputes and dilapidations.
