You will be taking a leading role within the department and there will be a good deal of client contact. You will be engaged in the care of and acting for very vulnerable clients, often detained under the Mental Health Act. You will be attending Hospital Managers meetings, Review Tribunals and appeals. Applicants must be accredited members of the Law Society panel to represent clients before the First-tier Tribunal.
