Corporate Commercial Solicitor (1-5 PQE)

A new opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a thriving team in Essex. The firm has a stellar reputation and track record of success, offering a supportive and dynamic environment where your expertise will be valued and rewarded.

We would encourage applications from lawyers with at least 1-5 years’ experience. They are looking for someone with strong technical skills who is able to manage client relationships effectively.

The caseload includes a wide range of Corporate Commercial matters including Business and Company Sales and Purchases, Management Buy-outs, Demergers, Shareholder Agreements, Partnerships and LLPs, Re-organising and Re-structuring, Banking, Re-finance and Company Incorporation and general corporation governance.
