The ideal candidate will be newly qualified up to 5 years’ qualified, working on clinical negligence matters, preferably Claimant-based claims. You will be handling your own mid-high value/complex caseload with a litigated and non-litigated cases. The caseload covers and broad spectrum of work including birth injuries, surgical errors, hospital negligence, cosmetic surgery, dental negligence, mental health care, care home negligence, misdiagnosis and late diagnosis, GP negligence and wrong prescription claims. In addition to this, they will be a proficient lawyer with demonstrable skills in client care and a proven desire to exceed client expectations.

You will have a high level of support from the team’s trainee; the team’s cost lawyer; the team’s paralegals; and the support of the team’s secretary and administration assistant. The firm encourages a supportive, relaxed, and flexible working environment with real career opportunities.
