This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join a well-established firm with a strong reputation. The team is ranked highly in the legal directions nationwide so this really is a great opportunity with real career prospects.

They are recruiting for a mid-senior level solicitor who is capable of managing their own caseload mainly regarding brain injury matters. You will be making applications to the Court of Protection for orders such as wills, property, gifts etc. There is a wealth of support available and a friendly working environment. Additionally, an interest in business development is would certainly be beneficial.

This position allows there to flexibility with the option of hybrid working. There is a competitive package on offer for the right individual.
