You must be able to demonstrate the ability and confidence to manage a busy and varied case load whilst maintaining a quality and confidential service. You should be able to show some recent and relevant experience handling transactional enfranchisements and renewals.

You should be fully IT literate with a working knowledge of accounts and case management systems.
