COURT OF PROTECTION SOLICITOR – TOP LEGAL 500 PRACTICE – South Wales

Court of Protection Solicitor (1-4 PQE) – South Wales

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Court of Protection to join a regional practice in the South Wales area.

In this role, you will undertake a wide range of responsibilities such as handling your own caseload of Court of Protection matters including Wills and complex applications, supervising junior members of the department, liaising with case managers, therapists, care team, surveyors and other specialists.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year PQE up to 4 years PQE and will have experience in responding to telephone enquiries, making deputyship applications and supporting daily financial administrations. You must be able to work collaboratively and independently plus able to work in a pressurised environment.

This position allows there to flexibility with the option of occasional home working. You will also be expected to travel occasionally to the firms’ other offices around the area.
