A superb opportunity for an experienced Consultant to join a market leading, high end Legal Recruitment agency based centrally in Bristol.

We are seeking an ambitious person, either with a good grounding in recruitment, or someone who shows the qualities we believe would suit this opportunity. Full training will be given and you will be working alongside some very experienced industry leading experts who will be there to help you flourish and make your own name in our ever so busy, rewarding field of expertise.

You will need to be highly motivated, with the confidence to deal in a thoroughly professional manner with leading Solicitors and Lawyers, regionally, nationally and internationally.

This growing Bristol based recruitment consultancy has developed a strong and respected brand in the legal world nationally and works on very bespoke client relationships with top quality candidates. This is very much a quality rather than quantity recruitment operation, with a very supportive team atmosphere. We have a huge existing client and candidate database ready for the new recruit to continue to develop and are on the PSL for a wide range of international Silver Circle and Magic Circle law firms.

You should be a good team member, with strong verbal and written communication skills, with a good level of Academics to Degree level, although a Degree is not essential. You must be competent with Word, Excel and Case Management usage and general IT matters.

A successful legal recruitment consultant will need to have an extremely outgoing personality and a highly professional attitude.
